If Joe Navarro, who obviously had help, filmed the Court proceedings yesterday (and I have no evidence this is why he was there but one would not need to film the streets of London in secret !) with regards to the London Riots this was done without the consent of the accused looters/rioters . Norman Scarth also 'filmed secretly' in court, he is now in prison.
